Water & Cooling Circuit Cleaning
Clogged or poorly maintained water and cooling circuits reduce the efficiency of production equipment and increase the risk of failure.
We clean using chemical agents that are compatible with the material of the equipment being cleaned. At the end of the job, we issue a report on the circuit’s condition and flow rate, including photo documentation taken with an endoscope.

We first assess the circuit’s condition and level of fouling, using an endoscope for harder-to-reach spots.

We use cleaning agents chosen to be compatible with the material of the specific equipment.

We verify the circuit’s flow rate and issue a final report on its condition, including photo documentation.
Manufacture & Repair of Heating Elements
We manufacture heating elements based on supplied documentation or an old, non-functional sample. More complex jobs require an on-site consultation at your facility.

Do you take on industrial projects outside the Czech Republic?
Yes. We work on industrial projects in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.
Do you carry out servicing directly at manufacturing facilities?
Yes. We service production equipment directly, based on the needs of your specific facility.
Do you have liability insurance?
We’re insured for CZK 20 million, plus CZK 500,000 for non-pecuniary damage.
Do you carry out thermographic inspections of equipment?
Yes. We use a thermal imaging camera to check switchboards, heating bands and other equipment, and compile the results into a report.
Can you handle multiple technical jobs within a single project?
Yes. We always scope the work according to the specific project and the technical requirements of your facility.
How do you dispose of the chemicals used for chemical cleaning?
All the chemicals we use to clean water, cooling and heating circuits are biodegradable. We hold safety data sheets for every substance we use.
Do you also arrange transport for machinery relocation?
We don’t operate our own transport fleet, but we work with haulage companies across the EU.
Do you also offer preventive and predictive maintenance?
Yes. We specialise in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance. We develop standards and train your technicians.
